Research has shown nut consumption to reduce the risk of cancer, stroke and coronary heart disease. New research suggests that nuts' health benefits go beyond these major diseases.

The analysis revealed that as little as 20 grams a day - the equivalent of a handful - can reduce the the risk of all cancers by 15%, the risk of CVD by 21% and almost 30% against the risk of coronary heart diseases.

Also, research has also shown that there is close to 40% decrease in diabetes risks and by 75% in infectious diseases risks. All by just just eating a handful of nuts daily. :)
